Parking:
There is two hour free parking available in the Coles, Hume Street and Holtermann Street car parks. Metered and unmetered street parking is also available.
If for any reason you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, 48 hour's notice is required otherwise full fee is applicable. Exceptions apply for emergencies only.
SMS reminder:
If you have provided your mobile phone number, you will be sent an SMS reminder the day before your appointment.
The following etiquette is expected in the counselling room:
- Respect be shown to all parties.
- If the appointment is for a couple, then the counsellor regards the couple as the client and works impartially towards the couple's healthy reconnection.
- All parties agree to refrain from contemptuous language.
