Ask a different question<br>&nbsp;<\/strong> Instead of \u201cHow was your day?\u201d try:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u201cWhat\u2019s been on your mind lately?\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cWhat do you need more of right now?\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You might be surprised by the answer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Notice what\u2019s working<br>&nbsp;<\/strong> It\u2019s easy to focus on what\u2019s missing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But relationships grow stronger when we name what\u2019s <em>already good<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Even something as simple as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI really appreciated how you handled the kids today.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4.
